All orders are shipped via Chit Chats, using trusted carriers such as Canada Post (for domestic orders) and USPS (for U.S. deliveries).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
All shipments include tracking, and optional insurance through Chit Chats can be added at checkout.
Darucella is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or lost packages without insurance coverage.
